You are stuck in an abandoned building, filled with ungodly monsters. Even worse, your body has forgotten how to keep your heart beating. You must manually control your heart as you inch through this dilapidated building. Can you make it out alive? Can you keep yourself alive?

i think i managed to essentially speedrun the game by overworking my heart to go fast.
heart is pounding, legs are bounding, all the monsters into sounding.
little tip. if you do a double tap that is a bit slower than a bottle throw you run, but don't do it too much as your heart is too weak to keep running.
my head canon for what happened after. our protagonist sued his kidnapper so he could afford a pacemaker
